Machine Park and Resources

The headquarters site of Castelfidardo has a machine park willing to 1600 mqs, and consists principally of:

  • CNC milling machine with mobile column x = 6000 y = 2200 z = 1000 with a CNC Rotary table 1000×1000 interfaced in continuous and horizontal / vertical positioning
  • CNC milling machine with mobile column x = 4000 y = 2200 z = 1000 with a CNC Rotary table 1000×1000 interfaced in continuous and horizontal / vertical positioning
  • CNC milling machine sx = 3000 y = 1400 z = 1000 with a CNC rotary table 1000×1000 with manual control
  • CNC milling machine x = 2500 y = 1000 z = 1000 with a CNC Rotary table 1000×1000 interfaced in continuous
  • CNC milling machine x = 2000 y = 1200 z = 1000 with manual rotary table ± 15 °
  • CNC machining center x = 1200 y = 600 z = 600
  • CNC machining center x = 1000 y = 500 z = 600
  • Self-learning CNC lathe Ø600×3000
  • Self learning CNC lathe Ø1300×5000 equipped with the revolving turret with 12 tools positions, radial and axial motorized for drilling/milling in index and continuously by exploiting its rotation control of the spindle.
  • Lathe traditional displayed ø1600×3000
  • Tangential grinding x = 1000 y = 500 h = 300

In this factory the quality department is equipped with a measuring arm 3D of the latest generation with working capacity of 2.5 m, for in-process and post-process checks

All machines are enslaved by overhead crane. Here also, we have traditional milling machines, radial drilling machines, drilling machines, shaping machine for keys, furnaces for hardening, small saws and welding department support.

The secondary site in Staffolo has a machine park disposed of 1400 mq, and consists principally of:

  • Department for welding construction mechanical carpentries
  • Warehouse Raw Materials
  • Lathe traditional displayed Ø1600×3000
  • Lathe traditional displayed Ø1000×3000
  • Lathe traditional displayed Ø600×300

Even at this establishment all the machines are enslaved by overhead crane. Here also, we have traditional milling machines, radial drilling machines, drill presses, and saws.

The Cantarini Meccaniche Srl has a staff strength of 20 total units between the various establishments. Personal distributed as follows:

  • no.5 Function Managers and Process
  • nr.9 Machine tool operators
  • nr.6 Operators interior carpentry (including no.3 qualified UNI EN ISO 9606-1: 2013) which will be added, depending on the requirement up to 8/10 operators in carpentry prowess of labor
